• Every piece is inspected before it leaves our shop.

• We accurately represent each item’s condition through detailed photos and descriptions.

• We are available before, during, and after your purchase if questions arise.

• If there is ever an issue with craftsmanship related to our restoration work, please contact us so we can make it right.

Because our furniture is handcrafted and often restored vintage furniture, natural wood movement, minor variations, and age-appropriate characteristics are considered part of the piece’s authenticity.

Shipping & Delivery

Furniture is carefully blanket wrapped and professionally packaged before leaving our shop.

Before shipment:

• Every piece is photographed.

• The condition is documented.

• Packaging is photographed.

• Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

If your item arrives damaged

If you notice damage upon delivery:

1. Take photographs before removing the packaging.

2. Save all packaging materials.

3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we’ll assist throughout the claims process.

Returns & Satisfaction

Returns

Because each piece is custom restored and many items are one-of-a-kind, returns are generally not accepted.

However, if your item arrives significantly different from its description or is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

We’ll work together to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include:

• repair

• replacement (when possible)

• partial refund

• full refund when warranted
