A beautifully preserved vintage chest by Charak Furniture Co. of Boston, Massachusetts, a historic American furniture maker known for traditionally inspired case goods.
This compact four-drawer chest features warm mahogany tones, classic brass hardware, fluted corner detailing, distinctive cabriole-style feet and a carved fan motif along the lower apron.
At only 37.5” wide, it offers substantial storage without requiring the footprint of a full-size dresser.
Dimensions:
37.5” W × 20” D × 38” H
The original finish has been carefully cleaned and conditioned while preserving the character, patina and history of the piece. As authentic vintage furniture, minor characteristics associated with age and previous ownership remain.
Perfect as a bedroom chest, oversized nightstand, entry piece or statement storage chest.
Additional photos and details available upon request.
